Step 1:

Download and print the butterfly bookmark template.

Step 2:

Ask the children to carefully cut out the butterfly bookmark along the outline.

Step 3:

Let the children color and decorate the butterfly using crayons, markers, or colored pencils. They can also add patterns, glitter, or stickers to make their bookmark unique.

Step 4:

On the second page, color the butterfly wings and cut them out neatly.

Step 5 (Assembly Time):

Glue the wings onto the butterfly on the opposite sides.

Step 6:

Fold the bookmark from the middle strip so that both butterfly parts join together. Make sure the wings are placed neatly so the butterfly looks complete. Remember, don't stick butterfly wings to each other,

Step 7 (Optional):

For extra strength, laminate the bookmark or paste it on thick paper.

Step 8:
